QR codes for gyms and fitness studios
Gyms use QR codes for class schedules, membership payment by UPI and plan sign-ups. QRasli generates them free, and a dynamic schedule code updates every week without reprinting the poster.
Gym signage ages badly. Timetables change with the seasons, trainers come and go, and the laminated sheet by the door is wrong within a month. Codes let the poster stay up while what it points to keeps changing — and they solve a second problem too: showing a member how to use a machine, at the machine.
What to put behind the code
A timetable that is never out of date
Point a dynamic code at your current class schedule. When the Tuesday evening slot moves, you edit the destination and the poster by the door is immediately correct again — no reprint, no member turning up to an empty studio.
Make this code →Membership renewals over UPI
A payment code at reception lets members renew in the time it takes to walk in. For fixed monthly plans, set the amount so there is nothing to type and nothing to get wrong.
Make this code →Technique videos at the machine
A small code on each machine linking to a demo video prevents the injuries and the awkward questions. It is also the cheapest coaching you will ever deploy, and it works when the floor trainer is busy.
Make this code →Trial passes and offers you can retire
Put a code on flyers and local posters that opens your trial signup. When the offer ends, set an expiry so latecomers see your standard plans instead of a broken promise.
Make this code →Getting it right
Laminate the code, not the information
The whole point is that the printed thing stays and the content changes. Print the code once, on something durable, and edit the destination from your phone.
Use one code per machine or per zone
Separate codes tell you which equipment members actually look up, which is useful when deciding what to buy next.
Keep gym-floor codes matte
Glossy lamination under bright gym lighting creates glare that defeats the camera. Matte finish scans far more reliably.

Common questions
Can I change the timetable without reprinting the poster?+
Yes, that is the main reason gyms use dynamic codes. The printed code never changes; the schedule it points to can change as often as you like.
Do members need to install anything?+
No. Both iPhone and Android scan QR codes from the built-in camera app.
Can I take membership payments through it?+
You can accept UPI payments directly to your account. QRasli generates the payment code; the money moves through your own UPI account, not through us.
