What we collect from account holders

Name, email, password (stored as a salted hash), the QR codes and designs you create, and payment records handled by Razorpay. We email you only for account operations (verification, receipts, security) unless you opt in to more.

What we collect from people who scan

When someone scans a dynamic code we record the time, approximate city (derived from the IP address, which is then discarded — we keep only a salted hash), device type, operating system, browser and referrer. We set no cookies on scanners and store nothing that identifies them personally.

Where data lives

Data is stored on our servers in the EU (Frankfurt) with transactional email via AWS (Mumbai). Payments are processed by Razorpay in India; we never see your card details.

Your rights

In line with India's DPDP Act, you can access, correct or delete your data — deleting your account removes your personal data and tombstones your codes. Write to [email protected] for any privacy request.
