VCard QR code generator

A vCard QR code saves your contact details straight into a phone's address book when scanned. QRasli creates them free with name, phone, email, company and website, and a dynamic vCard can be updated after the card is printed.

Put this on your business card and one scan saves your full contact — name, number, email, company, website — straight into the other person's phone. No app, no typing, no lost cards. Make it dynamic and your printed cards keep working even when you change jobs or numbers.

How it works

1

Fill in your details

Name and phone at minimum; add email, company, title, website and address for a complete card.

2

Choose static or dynamic

Static bakes the details into the code forever. Dynamic hosts a contact page you can edit anytime — and printed cards update themselves.

3

Add it to your card design

Download the PNG or SVG and place it on the back of your card, email signature, or conference badge.

Pro tips

Dynamic is worth it for business cards

Cards live in wallets for years. A dynamic vCard code means a new phone number never makes 500 printed cards obsolete.

Dynamic codes also stay small

A full static vCard makes a dense, harder-to-scan pattern. Dynamic codes encode a short link, so the pattern stays clean at business-card size.

Test the save-contact flow

Scan your own code and check every field lands correctly before sending cards to print.

Common questions

What's the difference between static and dynamic vCard codes?+

Static stores the contact inside the pattern — works offline, can't be changed. Dynamic opens a hosted contact page with a 'Save contact' button — editable anytime, and each scan is counted.

Will it work on both iPhone and Android?+

Yes. Both platforms recognise vCard data and offer to save the contact; the dynamic version's contact page works in any browser.

How small can the code be on a business card?+

2 x 2 cm minimum. Dynamic codes scan more reliably at small sizes because they encode less data.
