Email QR code generator
An email QR code opens a phone's mail app with your address, subject and message already filled in. QRasli creates them free, with your logo and no watermark.
Scanning this code opens the phone's email app with your address — and optionally the subject and message — already filled in. All the reader does is press send. Use it for feedback forms on receipts, support requests on products, or enquiries on brochures.
How it works
Enter the receiving address
Where should the emails land? A shared inbox like feedback@ works well.
Pre-fill subject and body
A subject like 'Feedback — Store #12' sorts itself in your inbox and tells you the source.
Style, download, print
Free PNG downloads at print resolution, no watermark.
Pro tips
Pre-fill everything you can
The less the scanner has to type, the more emails you'll get. Even the body can carry a template: 'My order number is ___'.
Use subjects as source tags
Different subject per placement = free attribution without any analytics.
Keep the address short
Shorter payloads make cleaner, easier-scanning patterns.

Common questions
Does it work if the person has no email app set up?+
The code triggers the phone's default mail handler. On phones without one configured, the OS prompts to set it up — rare on modern phones with Gmail preinstalled.
Can I track scans of an email QR code?+
Static email codes can't be tracked (they work offline). If tracking matters, use a link code to a contact form instead.
Can I send TO the scanner instead?+
QR codes can only start actions on the scanner's phone — they compose an email from the scanner, to you.
